What we offer
Buscango provides personalized, day-by-day travel itineraries, delivered through a custom trip-planning app (with PDF, Excel, or calendar view available on request). Packages are flat-fee based on trip length: Basic ($95, up to 2 nights), Standard ($185, 3–6 nights), and Premium ($295, 7–10 nights). Longer or multi-stop trips are quoted individually.
Response and delivery
We aim to respond to new inquiries with a personalized proposal within 24–48 hours. Completed itineraries are typically delivered within 5–7 days of confirming your trip details, depending on complexity.
Revisions
Basic plans include 1 round of revisions. Standard and Premium plans include unlimited revisions until your itinerary is ready.
What we don't do
We do not book flights, hotels, or activities on your behalf. We provide research and personalized recommendations; all bookings and reservations are made by you directly. Recommendations are suggestions based on our research and experience — we are not liable for changes, closures, availability, or your individual experience at any recommended location.
Refunds
If we're unable to deliver your itinerary, or if you cancel before work has begun, you'll receive a full refund. Once your itinerary has been delivered, fees are non-refundable, though revisions remain available per your plan.
